Products and handmade variation

We make reasonable efforts to display colors and details accurately. Because each piece is made by hand, small differences in weave, dimensions, color placement, and tassels are natural and are not defects. Screen settings may also affect color.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order because of availability, pricing error, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or another reasonable issue. Contact us promptly if you need to request a change or cancellation; production may begin quickly and changes are not guaranteed.

Delivery and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy form part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in your location.

Website use and intellectual property

Site content, photographs, branding, and design may not be copied, resold, or commercially used without permission. You may use the site only for lawful personal shopping and may not interfere with its security or operation.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Una Hebra is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Our responsibility for a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation. These terms may be updated from time to time.
