Shipping around the world
Una Hebra ships worldwide with DHL. The Jepira bracelet and Uribia bag include free worldwide shipping; other bags have a flat $30 shipping charge.

Dispatch
Orders are prepared promptly and handed to DHL. If an item cannot be dispatched on schedule, we will contact you with the choice to accept a revised date or receive a refund.
Delivery and tracking
DHL delivery is typically about three business days after dispatch. You will receive tracking information when your order leaves us. Customs processing or destination-specific conditions can occasionally add time, and delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be assessed import duties, taxes, or handling fees by the destination country. Unless checkout specifically states that these charges are prepaid, the recipient is responsible for paying them. Customs delays are outside our control.
Addresses and delivery issues
Please check your address carefully before ordering. Contact hello@unahebra.com immediately if it needs correction. Once DHL has accepted a parcel, changes may not be possible. If tracking shows a problem, write to us and we will work with DHL to help.
